Featuring Norman Rosenthal, Tracey Emin, Matthew Collings, Richard Cork, Jane Harris, Waldemar Januszczak, Martin Maloney, Roger Scruton, David Sylvester and Karen Wright, the programme captured Tracy Emin’s now famous drunked exit from the debate after she had swore and shouted her way into British television history. Emin was told to “shut up” by one of the members after disagreeing with the opinions listed prior.



Björk at MoMA, New York

In 2015, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York presented Björk, an exhibition dedicated to the work of the singer, composer, and musician Björk. The retrospective is conceived and organized by Klaus Biesenbach, Chief Curator at Large at MoMA and Director of MoMA PS1. The exhibition presents Björk's oeuvre in many layers, with instruments, a theatrical presentation, an immersive sound experience, a focused audio guide, and related visualizations, from photography and music videos to new media works. The show includes a new, immersive music and film experience commissioned by MoMA.

Sun Ra "Space Is The Place"

Excerpt from the movie Space Is The Place, 1974 an Afrofuturist science fiction film made in 1972 and released in 1974. It was directed by John Coney, written by Sun Ra and Joshua Smith, and features Sun Ra and his Arkestra. Sun Ra and his Solar Myth Arkestra return to Earth after several years in space. Ra proclaims himself “the alter-destiny”, meets with inner-city youths and battles with the devil himself to save the black race.
